In most cases we provide a turnaround time of 72 hours for general maintenance and repairs with the ability to provide emergency responses for an addtional fee.
We can handle it all. Once a work order is submitted, we can contact the tenant directly to schedule the repair, keeping you updated via text or email throughout the process. Our goal is to minimize your administrative load.
